Scope of Studying Physical Science as a Method Paper :
The discipline of Physical Sciences essentially involves the branches of natural science and science that studies non-living systems, in contrast to Life Sciences. The program also involves a professional study of the key concepts and theories of Chemistry, Physics, Earth Science, Mathematics, Environmental Science, Biology, etc. The program deals with the study of energy and matter, exploring the world in terms of mass, weight, and other objective parameters. Physical Science deals with the study of nature and properties of non-living matter and energy. It is a broad discipline concerned with natural resources. It compromises variety of fields such as Physics, Chemistry, astronomy, earth sciences, geology and the ocean. However, the term "physical" creates an unintended, somewhat arbitrary distinction, since many branches of physical science also study biological phenomena. Scientific research involves designing and conducting experiments to collect observable physical evidence of natural phenomena. In KTTC, we aspire to nurture wonderful teachers of physical science.
